Greek yogurt: 1 cup

Lemon juice: 1–2 tablespoons

Olive oil: 1 tablespoon

Garlic: 1 clove, minced or grated

Salt: pinch

Black pepper: pinch

Fresh herbs (optional: parsley, cilantro, or dill): small handful, chopped

  1. Add yogurt to a bowl.

  2. Stir in lemon juice and olive oil.

  3. Add garlic, salt, and pepper.

  4. Mix until smooth and creamy.

  5. Fold in fresh herbs if using.

  6. Taste and adjust lemon or salt as needed.

NOTES

  • Add a splash of water to thin it into a drizzle.

  • Let it sit for 5–10 minutes for deeper flavor.

  • Use as a dip, drizzle, or spread.
