INSTRUCTIONS
Shredded Chicken: 1–2 cups
Large Tortilla: 1–2
Greek Yogurt or Mayo: 2 tbsp
Mustard (Dijon or Yellow): 1 tsp
Lemon or Lime Juice: small squeeze
Garlic Powder: pinch
Salt: to taste
Black Pepper: to taste
Lettuce or Arugula: handful (optional)
Tomato (sliced): optional
Avocado (sliced): optional
Shredded Carrots: optional
Cheese: optional
In a small bowl, mix Greek yogurt (or mayo), mustard, lemon or lime juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Taste and adjust as needed.
Toss shredded chicken with a pinch of salt and pepper. Warm slightly if desired.
Lay out the tortilla and spread a layer of sauce across the center.
Add chicken, then layer in your chosen veggies and extras.
Add a little more sauce on top for extra flavor.
Fold in the sides and roll tightly from the bottom like a burrito.
Optional: Toast in a pan over medium heat for 1–2 minutes per side until golden and warm.
