INGREDIENTS

INSTRUCTIONS

Shredded Chicken: 1–2 cups

Large Tortilla: 1–2

Greek Yogurt or Mayo: 2 tbsp

Mustard (Dijon or Yellow): 1 tsp

Lemon or Lime Juice: small squeeze

Garlic Powder: pinch

Salt: to taste

Black Pepper: to taste

Lettuce or Arugula: handful (optional)

Tomato (sliced): optional

Avocado (sliced): optional

Shredded Carrots: optional

Cheese: optional

  1. In a small bowl, mix Greek yogurt (or mayo), mustard, lemon or lime juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Taste and adjust as needed.

  2. Toss shredded chicken with a pinch of salt and pepper. Warm slightly if desired.

  3. Lay out the tortilla and spread a layer of sauce across the center.

  4. Add chicken, then layer in your chosen veggies and extras.

  5. Add a little more sauce on top for extra flavor.

  6. Fold in the sides and roll tightly from the bottom like a burrito.

  7. Optional: Toast in a pan over medium heat for 1–2 minutes per side until golden and warm.

NOTES

Warming the chicken makes the wrap feel way more put together

Don’t skip the second layer of sauce — it makes a difference

Toasting the wrap adds texture and brings everything together

Use whatever veggies you have — no need to overthink it
