Roma tomatoes: 3, diced
Red onion: ½, finely chopped
Jalapeño: ½, minced
Garlic: 2 cloves, minced
Lime juice: from ½ lime
Garlic powder: pinch
Ground cumin: pinch
Salt: to taste
Black pepper: to taste
Optional:
Cilantro: handful, chopped
1. Combine
Add all ingredients to a bowl.
