INGREDIENTS

INSTRUCTIONS

Mayonnaise: ½ cup

Garlic: 2–3 cloves, minced

Lemon juice: 1 tbsp

Olive oil: 1 tsp (optional)

Salt: to taste

Black pepper: to taste

1. Combine

In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, garlic, and lemon juice.


2. Finish

Add olive oil (optional), salt, and pepper.

Stir until smooth.


3. Rest (optional but worth it)

Let sit for 5–10 minutes to deepen flavor.


4. Serve

Use as a dip, spread, or drizzle.

NOTES

Use fresh garlic for best flavor

Let it sit = stronger garlic punch

Add more lemon for brightness

Thin with water or oil if needed
