INGREDIENTS

INSTRUCTIONS

Cooked chicken (shredded): 2 cups

Cream cheese: 8 oz, softened

Buffalo sauce (like Frank’s): ½ cup

Ranch or blue cheese dressing: ½ cup

Shredded cheddar cheese: 1 cup


Optional:

Mozzarella cheese: ½ cup

Green onions: for garnish

1. Preheat

Preheat oven to 375°F.


2. Mix

In a bowl, combine chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, dressing, and half the cheese.


3. Transfer

Spread into a baking dish.


4. Top

Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.


5. Bake

Bake for 20–25 minutes until hot and bubbly.


6. Serve

Serve warm with chips, bread, or veggies.

NOTES

Rotisserie chicken = easiest option

Let cream cheese soften first for smooth mixing

Add extra buffalo for more heat

Broil for 2–3 minutes at the end for a golden top
