INGREDIENTS

INSTRUCTIONS

Roma tomatoes: 3, diced

Red onion: ½, finely chopped

Jalapeño: ½, minced

Garlic: 2 cloves, minced

Lime juice: from ½ lime

Garlic powder: pinch

Ground cumin: pinch

Salt: to taste

Black pepper: to taste


Optional:

Cilantro: handful, chopped

1. Combine

Add all ingredients to a bowl.


2. Mix

Stir until evenly combined.


3. Rest

Refrigerate for at least 2–3 hours.

4. Serve

Serve chilled or slightly cool.

NOTES

Letting it sit = better flavor (your instinct is 🔥)

Dice everything small for best texture

Add more lime for brightness

Salt right before serving if you want less liquid
