INGREDIENTS

INSTRUCTIONS

Potato peels: from 3–4 potatoes

Olive oil: 1–2 tbsp

Salt: to taste

Black pepper: to taste


Optional:

Paprika: ½ tsp

Garlic powder: ½ tsp

Parmesan: sprinkle

Fresh herbs (rosemary, thyme): optional

1. Preheat

Preheat oven to 400°F.


2. Season

Toss potato peels with olive oil, salt, pepper, and any optional seasonings.


3. Spread

Lay in a single layer on a lined baking sheet.


4. Bake

Bake for 10–15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.


5. Serve

Serve warm with your favorite dip.

NOTES

Don’t overcrowd = crispier chips

Dry peels before baking for best texture

Add cheese AFTER baking so it doesn’t burn

Best eaten immediately
