Milk (dairy or almond): 1/2 cup

Greek yogurt: 1–2 tablespoons

Honey (optional): 1 teaspoon

Salt: pinch

  1. Add all ingredients to a jar or cup.

  2. Stir well to combine.

  3. Let sit for 5–10 minutes.

  4. Stir again to prevent clumping.

  5. Place in the fridge for at least 1–2 hours or overnight.

  6. Enjoy straight from the jar or add toppings if desired.
