INGREDIENTS
INSTRUCTIONS
Protein powder (Orgain): 2 scoops
Frozen blueberries: ½ cup
Oat milk: 1–1½ cups
Psyllium husk: 1 tbsp
Flax/chia powder: 1 tbsp
Full-fat coconut milk: 2–3 tbsp
Fresh aloe: small piece (optional)
1. Add ingredients
Add all ingredients to a blender.
2. Blend
Blend until smooth and creamy.
3. Adjust
Add more oat milk for desired consistency.
4. Drink immediately
Best enjoyed fresh.
NOTES
Drink right away (psyllium thickens fast)
Start with smaller amounts of fiber if new to it
Add banana for extra sweetness
Stay hydrated when increasing fiber
