There’s something about crispy potatoes that just… works.
They’re simple, affordable, and somehow always exactly what you need. Whether it’s breakfast, lunch, or one of those in-between meals where you’re just trying to put something together, they show up.
I started making these as a way to use what I already had. Nothing complicated—just potatoes, a pan, and a little time. But once they hit that perfect golden crisp, it turns into something that feels way more put together than it should.
They’ve become one of those reliable pieces in my kitchen. Something I can build around, or just enjoy on their own.
If you’re looking for something easy that still feels satisfying, this is a good place to start.
