🔥 Quick & Easy Chicken Marinade (for 1–2 lbs)

This chicken marinade came from one of those “use what you’ve got” nights—when I wanted dinner to feel flavorful without the stress of trying too hard. It’s simple, flexible, and hits all the right notes: savory, tangy, with a little whisper of sweet. I’ve used it on thighs, breasts, tenders—whatever’s in the fridge—and it always delivers.

It’s especially good for those in-between days where you’re not feeling inspired, but you still want to eat like you care about yourself. Let the chicken hang out in it for at least 30 minutes (longer if you can), then bake, grill, or pan-fry. It’s nothing fancy. Just honest flavor, made with love.
