🥗 Crispy Chickpea Salad Bowl

This is one of those recipes that feels like a deep breath; the crispy chickpea salad bowl. It’s my go-to when I want something nourishing, satisfying, and beautiful without spending hours thinking about it. The chickpeas get all golden and crispy (air fryer for the win), and the rest is just layering goodness—greens, avocado, something tangy, something creamy, and a bit of crunch.


I love this with lemon, tahini, or Greek yogurt for contrast, and sometimes I’ll toss in chives or a soft-boiled egg if I’m feeling luxe. It’s fast, full of protein and fiber, and makes me feel like I’ve got my life together—even when I definitely don’t.
