🥑 Avocado Salsa

There’s something grounding about this avocado salsa. It came together on a day when I didn’t feel like cooking but still wanted something that felt fresh and made with care. The avocados were perfectly ripe—just soft enough to yield without effort—and I had a lime on the counter begging to be used. I chopped some onion, grabbed a bit of cilantro, and in five minutes, I had something that tasted like a little exhale.

It’s the kind of recipe that doesn’t ask much from you but gives so much in return. Creamy, tangy, and just a little bright from the citrus, it works with everything—tacos, grilled anything, or just a bowl of chips. I’ve even used it as a topping on scrambled eggs when I wanted breakfast to feel like a celebration. This one’s for your lazy days, your soft Sundays, or your “please let dinner make itself” moments.
